Totocrap FC pulled the old MLS-loses-to-USL trick again last night, drawing 0-0 with USL team Puerto Rico. This put them out of the tournament. I'd like to say that Totocrap didn't field a full squad but that just wasn't the case. DC went through on penalty kicks against El Salvador club Luis Angel Firpo.Highlights here
